    The Calamari is good, the Chicken Piccata is good, The vac sealed filets are great for the Sous Vide, the stuffed red peppers are good.

    The Fondue (seasonal) is sinful.

    Based on your recommendation, I looked up a Central Market when we were recently in San Antonio. Lots of good stuff, and I'm sad we don't have one near us!

    Wife picked up at this goat cheese log from Trader Joe’s. She covered it in some kind of sauce. I’m reluctant to try it. She’s clearly trying to liquor me up.

    Kids are going to have Joe’s O’s and very decent steaks. Wife pan-fried a couple last week, and they were like meat flavored candy. Incredible! I could not of done better on a charcoal grill.

    As for the kids, I am proud to have raised a couple of little meat eaters in this day and age. They have also requested Joe Joe’s (thanks, Tom, for the correct verbiage). So standby…
