1972 365GTC/4 Spider

This 1972 365GTC/4, S/N 15497 is one of only 4 Spider Conversions done by Claudio Zampoli, which are said to be the best of their kind. Only a handful of 365 GTC spider conversions exist and many feel it should have been a production model based on how attractive its lines are. The availability of this car offers the buyer the chance to have a truly rare Ferrari at a considerable discount to other one off Ferrari’s.

The 365 GTC is a rare model with approximately 500 being made. The 320hp 4.4L Colombo V12 engine shares its block with the Daytona however uses 6 twin choke 38 DCOE Weber carburetors, which allow for the dramatically sloping hood.

This car was purchased twice by the current owner and was once a part of Van Halen bassist Michael Anthony’s collection. It’s finished in Black/Nero with a 5spd manual transmission.

After being reacquired by the current owner, this Ferrari 365 GTC was treated to a no expense spared restoration at Autosport designs at a cost of $161,595.56. Included in the restoration was a complete rebuild of the motor, new flawless black paint job and new interior.
