Thank you. That was the 3 min batch. At the end, I added some parmesan to sop up the water. Corn starch would have been a better idea, if I'd thought of it...T

Hmmm. Give me a second or two.

Get a rental car and go to Taylor. Louis Mueller. Then Lockhart. 3 or 4 good places there. Kreuz, Blacks and Smittys. That is my order of pref. Then go to Elgin. Southside Market. Best sausages in Texas. If after all that, you're not full, stop off on Hutto at Hutto Cafe for some pie.

There's a thread in past year by F-chatter who did a tour, so more recent intel than mine.

^ Love the Jackson Pollock splash of sauce! Very avant garde.

Still experimenting with zoodles. I guess that's what happens when you buy 5 large zucchini at Kroger. Several items of interest. First, they keep pretty well for a couple of days, covered in an air tight container, with a few towels to sop up moisture. Second, less moisture if you whip them up in smaller batches with higher heat.

uh oh, be careful if making this sauce!!!! im not feeling so good now. :(

hot melted butter might not be enough to heat the yolks to safe temp

Zoinks! Was the chicken cooked enough? Hopefully, it's too much rich food in too short time. Had a bout of something last week; probably too many dang zoodles! :p Water and Gatorade (or Pedialiyte) to keep fluid & electrolyte levels up. Imodium &/or Pepto as needed. Hope you feel better...T

Made more blue cornbread muffins yesterday to go with a burger. Potato flour added as the secondary. I spooned a bit of rootbeer over each one as they finished, which gave them a lightly carmelized shell. Sort of cinnabon-ish.

    With homemade apple sauce...

I asked lisa how she does the zoodles to remove the excess moisture.....

Salt them, let them sit for about 10-15 min in colander, then rinse and drain well, pat dry with paper towel.

Shure, sliced grilled zucchini, on the side cook the quinoa with salt, pepper and oregano, drain the water mix with garlic paste and small pieces of cheese and black olives, then, tower it up !
