True v12 loses value everywhere. But who cares if you buy one new in the first place. We know we will lose ton and we are a big suckers for the brand and dont care price drop type lol.
I lost ton with 2 new not preowned FF I bought and I could have 488 with the loss but the time I spent with those 4 seaters makes up the depreciation.
I can buy things but not time and right at this momonet and on, I want to be behind the wheel of ferrari v12 than any other things. Dont care what other things are out there. It is not ferrari v12 4 seater. At this level of money dumping kinda scale, it all comes down to what I want for now not later and certainly not what it will be after some years.

Please help me god that I can make what I make today so that I can buy other v12 ferraris until I can not drive anymore.

i totally agree that’s it’s all about the car, but for someone who can’t afford this kind of loss the depreciation value of a car does need to come into concideration, but personally i do agree with you that the v12 is the way to go!

That pretty much sums it up for me, I just can't swallow £100K+ in 2-3 years. Sometimes it's not even about being able to afford it or not, it's being able to stomach it.

Interestingly 6 Lusso V12 hit the used market this week in the UK, I presume the demonstrators?

I'm going to watch them closely.

What makes you say people have been losing money on V12s in the UK? The few listed for sale seem to be strongly priced.

Fantastic post. Especially the part about how you can't buy more time. Everyone has to do their homework and balance all the factors.

I'd be surprised if any of the listed Lusso's for sale in the UK had sub £300K invoice prices. Then there's the difference between what's being asked and what's paid for them if they do sell.

I'm still interested in FF's as Lusso's are well out of my price range/comfort zone but it's sure interesting to keep an eye on them.

    V24 :)

Lusso is in many ways better than FF.
The little things combined together makes this car the greatest 4 seater on earth! Lol

Love it. I'd love to get a Lusso and do a cross country drive in it.

I love mine. Honestly it will be nearly impossible to get anything comparable, now or in the near future.

They lose value, so do bespoke suits and anything else made just for you. They both can make you feel like a god though.

Have driven it quite. Did one track day already.
Car is so much better at road holding, dealing with bump, and also handles better than any cars of this mass until up to some point. And if you reached at this point, where handling is vague and not sure what car is doing, you know you are on the point of trouble, so slow down. It is the result of car deceiving driver with combination of super compliant suspension, 4 wheel steering and long wheelbase.

Can not hide the mass it got. But the noise insulation is super. Exhaust note, I couldn't care less. If I want my ear bleed, I have tdf.

On track, it is different story. One word. Just don't. LOL
This car on track, pointless unless it is not your car. Too heavy, too long, it doesn't like side ways and slap you to other side harshly when returning from going side.
    Simple physics. Mass matters.

I am so happy with supposedly one of the last dying breed, a Ferrari v12 4 seater at its best.

Oh, and the seat is not hard. it supports you well, and dont give back pain after long 3 hour non stop drive. FF has more cushion but Lusso seat doesn't disappoint either. It initially feels hard but it is not.

Hehe I was asked to track it but figured CaliTHS would be a better fit anyday. I love the new indicators and the exhaust note is perfect for a luxury ride. Agreed the suspension is magical and the media interface is a step up. Also my passengers love the display, it's a fun feature. Your right the seat is a little hard but even after one hour of driving you don't notice it.

Other things that come to mind, I love the road feedback in the steering wheel, much better then FF. And the interior details and layout is masterful. I am literally daily driving it like crazy. My office manager is shocked I have driven myself so often lol - Lusso effect!

In June last year, I know of 2 UK Lusso that sold for a small premium over list. Not suggesting that could happen today, but there is renewed interest. Lusso will take a big hit, we know that, but after the shock of the FF, it seems it is now more widely accepted. When it is replaced by the FUV it may gain a whole new following !

Without exception, I have never met an FF owner who does not or did not love the car . The possibility to drive and experience a Ferrari day to day, when you think about it, is a wonderful thing.

Even Lapo is now trending the Ferrari 4 seater, he is driving around in a 412 !

It was so lovely to see this classic combo as I was looking recently at some of the older models and was thinking, what happened to Bordeaux . I like the standard seats on Lusso too, the way the black accents cut in is very classy.
