    One of my favorites
Is goat cheese log encrusted with cranberries
    Cut into pucks
    Egg and Italian bread crumbed
    Fried in vegetable oil
Layed on Boston lettuce with chopped red peppers and green onions, drizzled with coleslaw dressing.

So yeah! Deep fry that goat cheese!

[emoji51] I can believe it, Kirk! Friend sent me some home brew ghost pepper sauce and half dozen drops in a bowl of chili was enough for me. Had a nice smoky flavor though. Tonight I'm trying out Tabasco scorpion in my turkey tacos. [emoji39]

I was on vacation about a month ago, and I saw someone with a t-shirt that said "Beer, because no good story every started with someone eating a salad!"

As addictive, if not more so, than the Girl Scouts Thin Mints. One box will NOT do it...

I'm a huge fan of the Kansas City marinated tri-tip they sell.

Also, their "Gone Bananas" chocolate covered banana slices.

Love dolmas! Any time we're in Chicago, we'll head to Greek Town & eat them until we pop. With many glasses of roditis...T

Roditis? Inflammation of the rod? Sounds painful!

A light blush rose wine from Greece. Very light, and great with Greek food, and easy to drink a lot of! [emoji3]

They sell a vac sealed corned beef that has the seasoning already in with the brisket, not sealed seperately in the smaller pack. I get them and and just drop them straight into a sous vide bath for a day or so and they literally fricken melt in your mouth.

This is cute. And I honestly cannot tell a difference between this and a Corona light. I also can’t tell the difference between fresh squeezed and bottled lime juice.
