I complete agree. It's kind of disgusting actually.

 

I've never really cared one way or another about Fred. But now I'm starting to dislike him in the same way I dislike Danica-no reason for one driver (regardless of talent or lack thereof) to dominate the global motorsports news cycle for a year, for nothing.

 

Thank spec racing for it. When you have nothing else to write about you simply focus on what might be newsworthy. Fred and DP are pretty much it. What else do you have? Tech is gone. Real racing got killed off. How many times can you cover the factory/top tier team's? How many mindless stories about nothing can you write? All in all.....a pretty sad picture if you ask me.
