Has anyone death with Bergmann Motorentechnik in Germany?

    I purchased Maserati Parts from Peter Bergmann with Bergmann Motorentechnik in Germany but have never received them.
    Peter doesn't speak English so I have emailed him many times in German asking to please send the parts. I have already paid for them via Bank Transfer, but he never responds to my emails now. He used to respond right away.
    He answers the phone when I call but says he does not speak English.
    Seems like a real place too..He has a nice site that looks real.Bergmann Motorentechnik | Engine Engineering since 1976
    The parts were only $300, so big deal I guess.
    Lesson learned. Never send money to a Maserati Parts House via bank transfer, only use a credit card..
    Does anyone speak German that could call him for me?

    Your title typo is quite appropriate even if accidental.
    A client of mine had a real nightmare with this workshop, they took him for an idiot and kept saying but wait there's more work to do. It was a disaster and he had to forcibly remove his car from there. The next workshop -hundreds of kilometers from there- has been night and day. Avoid at all costs.

    Suggest you ask the German Maserati club for help.

    They will have someone who speaks English and they should be informed about this to protet their members.

    France has a similar disastrous workshop about an hour from Paris. These people need to be shut down.

    PS: The French workshop (nothing to do with Bergman except the same crooked ethics) seems to have shut down so one down one to go.

    Thank you Quattroporte 3 but Mike is in California USA, just wanted parts and has apparently received them. My client who had to remove his car from that garage is in Berlin -very far away from the border- and has found a suitable garage there.
