I do not believe that they already sent photos and data on 16 th february to wait till 6th March, 21 February is tha date imho.

 

I agree with you BUT.......they used to say believe half of what you hear. I'm finding out now in days that I only believe an 1/8. I don't believe anything till I see it.

I had a hunch that the Feb 16th reveal wasn't going to happen. Just seemed like someones opinion rather then fact. I also don't believe that after Feb 20th we shall see it either. I really do think that they will wait for Geneva.

Thats just my opinion take it or leave it, like I do with other peoples opinions. Just like I think the Ferrari 488 GTO will be faster than a LaFerrari. I have truly no way of proving this besides my personal opinion based on projected specs and what I know about the 488 GTB.

 

Another question is, how extensive will the info disclosed on the 20th be?
We'll probably see full pictures of the car, but unless some people record the event it will not be easy to leak them; on the other hand, figures of characteristics (power, torque, weight, downforce and so on) would be easy to leak.

 

Also got a call from my dealer: allocation confirmed. Unfortunately,
I won’t be able to attend the presentation on February 20.
He said he won’t be able to replay the presentation (should be like a live thing) but he said he should have some official pictures to share with me the week after...

If you ask how, I have a Speciale for 4 yrs, a 488Challenge (second car, totaled the first one ) and have been racing in Challenge series for 3yrs.

I believe the unveiling for the 812 was similar no photos, the few saw it live, then Geneva.

What I love about the teaser is how it relates to the Challenge. I don’t recall the Speciale like this.
