Final preparations for the Miami Design District Concours are on going.

At Curated yesterday, we took delivery of several very important and rare cars which will be making
their public debuts at the event. Gauging from the reaction of passers by, these cars are going to be
a big hit at the Design District on Saturday.

Thanks to everyone who has taken the time to register their cars and those whom would have liked
to taken part but had other obligations, there is always next year.

The Design District venue is going to lend itself very well to the event with cars lined up in front of
the many high end shops, boutiques, restaurants and design studios. The architecture, light and
vibe from the place is simply fantastic and we've very excited about this event.

There is still a little time left to register if you haven't done so already. We'll be closing out registrations
at EoB today (Thursday) as we will be busy with set-up, media events and the Friday evening VIP
    Opening Celebration event.

What a phenomenal event at the Miami Design District Concours on Saturday!

Perfect, if not a bit warm, weather, clear sunny skies, a gathering of some of the most significant
collectible sports and exotic cars imaginable.

The Design District was packed with cars, their owners, the people who follow them and
    surprised shoppers.

Selection of images from Friday evening's Opening Celebration event and cars from Saturday first.

    Thanks guys!

It appears we have a hit (minor understatement) on our hands.

The event has been well received from participants, VIP guests, sponsors and more importantly
the Design District which saw record numbers of people flood their shops on Saturday.

Likewise shop mangers reported the Miami Design District Concours to be the biggest event
they've seen (including Basel). Lines were out the doors in restaurants for lunch on Saturday,
shops were doing a brisk business and the participating watch manufactures taking part in
"Watches & Wonders" were likewise pleased.

This was a first time event (although not our first rodeo as you guys know), a bit of a learning
process with a new venue, collaborating with the Design District and John has assembled a
    great team.

We do not rest on our laurels, we evolve, change and improve. The grass will not be going under
our feet the next twelve months. We've found our home.

It's only going to get better for 2019.

Thanks to everyone who came out to the inaugural Miami Design District Concours.

The reactions have been overwhelmingly positive. The Design District reports that there were 8,000
people there for the day of the Concours and they're blown away by the attendance.

With cars arranged on the streets in front of the store fronts and in Jungle Plaza, the Design District
was full of exotic and collectible cars. Likewise, we hear that the fully functioning parking garages
held some incredible cars and there were no complaints about parking.

Stay tuned for next year, it's only going to get better!
