It’s “standard” but still paid for with an elevated base MSRP.
Image Unavailable, Please Login Curious for those that know - are the side winglets on the Speciale all standard carbon fiber and owners had the option of having them painted or were they standard body color and exposed carbon fiber was an option? I think this may reveal a lot about what will be optional vs. standard on the Pista.
Painted was standard for side “fins” CF was around 3-4k..... My guess side pods will be $3800 and rear piece under spoiler with fins $4800..... my two must haves Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Thanks for the info. Honestly, aside from the rims, my must haves are every carbon fiber option. I guess I’m in trouble. But, given that this is a buy and hold car for a long time, I’m not holding back.
what Shmee says in the video is that the option in carbon fiber is the part below the wing in the back. Looking the videos about the front and rear bumpers in the official 488 Pista site looks like that all the wings in the front and the diffuser in the back are included....I really hope because they are a must for me. They have to justify a starting price of about 280k euro (as far as I know).
Whaaaaaaat? That is amazing news Ferrari providing such usually costly add on items “because it fits the nature of the car” for free! Way to go Ferrari, I love you! Forza Ferrari!!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Few screenshots of the standard glossy CF vs the full driver pod option in matte CF. When I was at the Atelier for my 488 Spider matte or colored CF carried a 40% premium over gloss black. Since the pod has to be matte CF do you think one would have an extra charge for all the other parts to be finished in matte as well? ie door panels, center stalk, etc. or if selecting the pod all items shift to matte automatically. In the past I would have thought Ferrari would have charged each individually but hey this looks like a “new” Ferrari..... Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I like the glossy CF so I will not go for the full carbon dash that, even beeing in love for CF, actually I dont like much. Thank god that the standard is glossy because I'm sure ferrari will charge for it. TDFs owners they can tell us I guess because you had both options if I'm not mistaken.
What exterior parts were free options on the Speciale? Perhaps, I should request a refund..... Interior CF yes but each exterior CF part was an extra charge item. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Seems a bit strange that the UK price has been given at Geneva as £252,695 which being a non rounded figure seems to be likely to be ccorrect but still no confirmed allocations. In other markets such as the US no price but supposedly confirmed allocations. Does make we wonder whether some markets are promising cars to keep customers sweet. Out of interest does anyone who has an allocation have an actual signed agreement or is it just a verbal you will get one?
