    Great set of comparison photos. Observe the relationship between the base of the A-pillar, the side mirror and the shield. You can see how low the shield is on the 812 forced to be there due to the elimination of the aero-bridge and the position of the replacement body line. Also of note from that rare angle is the common F12 base chassis.

    Sometimes I wonder how much of the design improvement is based on software and updates to the robotics rather than just progress in people's thinking or desire for progress. I guess you are only as good as the tools allow you to be.

    Good to see them on the road - looks like Argento. I do my Tailor Made next month - so probably won't hit NZ shores for at least another 12 months!!!

    Did anyone get any pics of the Rosso Fuoco 812 at Geneva? Mine is coming mid-year in this colour. I was at the Salon yesterday. The Pista was getting all the attention but the 812 was stunning.

    Are you sure this 812 is Fuoco? Fuoco seems to be darker. This looks like a lighter shade of red.
    And the rims, the finish looks like polished gunmetal..

    Nothing quite like the paint sticker to settle arguments about colors, way to GO!
    To be fair Rosso Fuoco is one of the more difficult paint colors to photograph realistically...
