Hello, can someone advise about purchasing a Ferrari 355? I would like to know the following: 1) what is a reasonable price for a 1996 model? 2) soft-top or hard-top? 3) approx. cost of maintenance per annum? 4) are there good mechanics that anyone can recommend? 5) what else to look out for aside from the usual oil change, etc? I was previously a Porsche owner and never had a problem with my Porsche I was told if I want a trouble free car, Ferrari won't be the car for me but I can't resist those beautiful lines. Thank you

As a Porsche owner myself... you're going to find out there is quite a difference in operating costs! as for a mechanic, search in the area in which you live. Start there. If the 355 sets your heart ablaze. Get a 355 and not another model as a substitute. They ALL have expenses at one time or another.
