Description: Selling my 1996 911 Turbo. This is a highly optioned 993TT including hardback seats and a number of options from the Porsche Exclusive program. The car has relatively low miles (38,xxx), but has been driven regularly since new and consistently maintained by Porsche dealers and respected independent Porsche specialists. Never been tracked or autocrossed, all original paint and no bodywork, clean CARFAX. There are a couple of common bolt-on modifications (described in detail below) which were done for drivability and reliability, and nearly all the original components remain with the car. Porsche COA, service records, two keys, original owner’s manual, original spare & tools, OEM indoor/outdoor cover with Porsche crest all accompany the car. I’m a PCA member and Porsche enthusiast, and have owned a number of air and water cooled Porsches. I have really loved this 993TT, but I need to pare down the collection a bit to make room and have decided to keep my older air-cooled 911s and let this car go. I am the 5th owner of the car, it has lived in New England where it was never driven in winter, and most recently in the NW where it is now. The original owner was reportedly a physician in Connecticut. It was then purchased in 2003 through a dealer by a Porsche enthusiast who lived in the Boston metro area. The 3rd owner was a friend of the 2nd, also a Porsche enthusiast and PCA member from the north shore of Boston area, and the 3rd owner purchased the car in 2007. I purchased the car from a Rennlist member the 4th owner in September of 2015. Maintenance History: Car comes with all service records from 3rd and 4th owner (me), dating back roughly to 2007. Under my ownership it has been stored in a climate-controlled garage year round (heated in winter, dehumidified in summer). Recent maintenance includes: 30K major service completed June 2015 —> engine oil change (Mobil 1), spark plugs replaced, all belts checked (none required replacement), cabin air filter replaced, wheels rebalanced, A/C system resistors replaced, etc Suspension set to Euro spec ride height, 4-wheel alignment, corner balancing August 2014 Clutch slave cylinder & clutch accumulator replaced May 2014 New Interstate battery Dec 2013 New Bridgestone Potenza S-04 tires (Porsche N rated) July 2013 (~4K miles) Known Flaws: The car is in outstanding mechanical condition and excellent cosmetic condition, but I firmly believe in being up-front and transparent with prospective buyers. Mechanically there are no issues I’m aware of and the car just had the major 30K service completed. I recently took the car on a 1,000+ mile tour through Virginia, eastern Tennessee (Tail of the Dragon and other back roads), and western North Carolina and the car performed flawlessly. The car has following cosmetic issues: There are a couple of small rock chips on the upper hood (above the 3M clear bra), largest is about the size of the tip of a ballpoint pen Two of the wheels have light surface scratches and one has minor curb rash (can provide detailed photos) There are two small rock chips on the windshield, one was professionally filled and neither have expanded or cracked more over time There are a few scratches on the underside of the lower front valance from speed bumps, parking lot entrances, and the like There is one scratch on the lower rear valance on the driver’s side. It was touched up with Porsche OEM paint stick, it’s visible with the naked eye from ~12-24 inches away when pointed out though actually hard to photograph because it blends in with the rest of the lower valance. A couple of the LED bulbs in the 3rd brake light are burned out, this came up on the PPI when I bought the car and it's a common issue with 993's. I bought the replacement bulbs but never got around to soldering these in, will give them to the new owner. All of the above could be pretty easily addressed by the new owner if desired. I’ve kept the exterior all original with the minor flaws from ~20 years of occasional use, though some other 993TT owners have resprayed the lower front and rear valances, replaced windshields, and/or had wheels refinished. I am happy to provide any additional pictures upon request. Terms of Sale: Serious buyers are welcome to conduct a PPI (at buyer’s expense) and I am happy to coordinate with a buyer's shipper if transport domestically or internationally is required. Car is sold as-is without warranty, expressed or implied.

I love these cars. In had a 96 Arena Red that I purchased new, and sold a few years later with about the same mileage you have. Let's just say that this is another car that's on my list of cars I should have never parted with. GLWS
