Bosch K-jetronic Injection System

When I removed mine for cleaning, I just followed a post from carguy, shamille, and one other that did a top end rebuild (Aussie member).

I sent my fuel distributors to Cis flotech for cleaning. Opened up the sensor plate assemblies like shamille did.

 

Do you have the WSM supplement for cars with catalytic converters it is very good. The Probst book is very good as well and you should be able to find some free stuff on the net. PM me your email address if you like and I can send you some stuff I've collected.

Read this thread and thanks to Shamile for going thru this a few years back, a picture can say a thousand words, take a look at post 142. Try not to get distracted in his thread get in and get out it's like the matrix you can easily get lost in there for hours

Fuel pressure and a spring cause the air sensor plate to return to it's "rest" position. If you remove things for disassembly and cleaning, be sure to keep the left side fuel distributor with the left side air meter housing....etc.
