I thin you're right, Taz. Heavy damage in the rear and driver's side but the windshield and roof compression makes me think he got under something. Pretty bad one in any case.

Did the 456 get a mini bump in price? One more 456 off the road, unless someone rebuilds? It would be great to have precise data on Ferrari cars that have been totaled and off the road.

I am trying to include that data in a spreadsheet on 456 and 456Ms that I am putting together but that is most remarkably difficult data to come by. Once they are totaled and removed from the population, there is no one with any stake left in identifying them....sadly, the dead are forgotten!!

Looks like a rollover. Airbags did not deploy. Trip odometer says 7777. What are the odds? 1 in 10 to the third power?

Yeah, I kind of thought that too. But then its amazing the whole passenger's side is untouched. Might have been airborne when it went past that side....bad show anyway you look at it. That trunk hit or got hit hard!

Or just a half roll onto roof. Then pulled back over the same way. We’ve got to find out. Must find the owner.

Anyone else notice the rear glass? A minor miracle, can you imagine the shock wave that went through the car?

Yeah, the rear window and all the side glass stayed intact. Really quite amazing.

The rocker looks probably okay....maybe the front valence. Not much else. Hope the driver and passengers were okay. That was a bad ride. Notable is that in spite of the extensiveness of damage, the headspace in the cabin remains fundamentally intact. Looks like damn good load engineering to me.

Agreed. It really does. Glad the testing was done by others and glad no one was hurt.

Congrats! I originally posted this to see if anybody here on the forum could use spares. Scowman, in the midst of his refurbishment project, came to mind. I'm glad you've found use for it. If you would, please send me the VIN, engine #, and assy # so I can account for it in the 456/456M database.
