    Hello, I have some issues what my oil gauge shows in my f355. When ignition on the red light is correctly on, but when start the gauge goes up as long it can, over 10 psi. Temperature is fine and the car have had this issue two years. Anybody have an idea to solve? New gauge or new sender or maybee rep?

    Forgot to say. When engine is warm the pressure fall a little, about 8-9 psi when idle and goes back to full(over 10) when it takes rpm?

    OK, something is wrong::
    Oil PSI should be in the 50-80 PSI range I've seen cold PSI in the 95 range
    OR
    Oil pressure should be in the 3.5-6.0 BAR I would have been able to see cold in the 8 bar range.

    So, is the gauge PSI or BAR?

    Put a mechanical gauge in to check. The terminals get corrosion also which can give a false reading
