Actually, I just posted the wrong link. The language thing was accusing you of not having read the article (which included several school shootings). I'll dig around and find the article. In the meantime, my apologies on that one.

Every reciprocity website out there says you don't carry in Florida where alcohol is the main business--bars, clubs, etc.

    Lol, you are hilarious.

Large scale school massacres occur in the US because of easy access to guns. They don't occur here because Ma and Pa don't keep a rifle in the wardrobe

Because the bombs they were making would have been filled with confetti and rainbows?

Or maybe they didn't occur because--check it out--they were stopped before they happened. Because, whether the kids have guns or not, no one dies when the maniac is stopped before he does anything.

Do you think you're making any sense?? You've become incapable of rational thought due to your blinkered view of guns. I'm not complaining....it's making me lol

Here's a clue, Bill. I note you don't actually own a Ferrari - that's OK, I presume you are interested in the marque. Why don't you go and hang out in the forum that's specific to the model Ferrari you like or aspire to own, and expend your energy there, talking about cars, not guns?

Sheez, easy access to guns = more likely a spontaneous attack will occur.

No...you're wrong. If the person wants to kill people and doesn't have access to a gun, it wouldn't make any difference. he or she would make their own.

I agree! But so far, none of these mass murders have been spontaneous. They've all been preplanned--weeks, even months in advance.

Spontaneous shootings, stabbings, beatings, etc, do occur. The shootings are usually committed by people who aren't in legal possession of the gun, and who have histories of violence. Rapes are rarely committed by normal guys who just snap and pull a knife on some chick.

In the 60s and 70s, homemade "zip" guns were very common in certain cities.

So what you're saying is, murder by guns is because of people, not the guns. Of course I get that, but there is no way in hell that there would be as many shootings without them, and no matter what you say about other weapons, you can't build a bomb without premeditation, and you can't stab someone from the other side of a room....or street.....or as they're running away from you....etc
