Your car, chassis number 11603, is assembly sequence #137. Which means it is the 137th built of the 600 units (all 365 GT 2+2's).
The Pininfarina body number is 141/A. You can find that number stamped in the engine compartment front right near the stamping of the actual chassis number *11603*. Usually painted over heavily.

The chalk marked red 638 inside your door panel is strange and makes no sense for 11603.
Assembly sequence 638 is for chassis number 13133 which was a 365 GT 2+2 in Azzurro Hyperion delivered new to Harrah's MCM Mpdern Classic Motors in Reno, NV/USA.
Pininfarina Body number 638/A is for Chassis number 13125 which was another 365 GT2+2 in Oro Kelso also delivered new to Harrah's MCM Modern Classic Motors.

Maybe somebody swapped door panels between production.

In post #2 I meant to write 801 units built of the 365 GT 2+2 (not 600 units built). Sorry for my typing error.

Here is a photo showing the correct location of the PF body number, this is from 365 GT 2+2 chassis #11721 with PF body number A 193.
On most Queen Marys this number is painted over and few people know that that number is actually stamped just a bit below the chassis number. Remove the paint and check it out.

I think the guys from harrah´s MCM moderrn classic motors changed the panels when they had both cars? does the interior color has been the same on both cars?

Don’t know about MCM But, it was common in that time for dealers to swap the interiors on cars to help sell them. I was aware of many cars in New York that had there interiors changed . Every thing was great, until you ended up with a green car and a red interior
