Your driving style seems to have a bit of "provoke and correct" in it. The easiest to find example is at La Source.

By provoke, I mean you get to turn in and you yank the steering wheel. This gives you instantaneous understeer and it takes the car a fraction of a second to start turning. As the car is starting to turn you get no steering feedback since the <outside> contact patch is sliding. Once the car starts turning the rear end steps out and you have to catch the car.

A faster way is to initiate the turn some 20 meters earlier. Here you dial in 1 or 2mm of steering, gently transferring weight to the outside wheels without really taking the car off line. Then when turn in is initiated, you dial in steering progressively and the car will respond faster (since you already have weight on that side of the car) but since you dialed in progressively from a ready to turn position, the car will not step out at the rear end so readily, and you won't have to correct as much.
