I've come across a copyrighted picture of Paul Newman's "365GTB/4 Daytonia Competizon"(?) running in the 1977 Daytona 24 hr. race. I know someone on this forum has all the information on this car. Care to share? Who has it now? Where is it now? Any interesting antidotes regarding this car or Newman himself?

The history, as posted, is fairly accurate. I brokered this car, with Jess Pourret, to Ramsey and Schramek, and it was well-used when it arrived. Schramek was a good salesman, who talked very positively, but in truth had little or no money, so it was, indeed, a mystery about who was going to pay for the car. One of 5 (I think) alloy cars.

I have sent all my pix of the car at Daytona, 1977, to Bill Noon, who posts here frequently; here is a small sample. The last one shows Otto Zipper and P.L.
