I can only assume the SMH editor is on Fchat, this just appeared :)...
They forgot to mention he was a criminal - he set fire to his house in order to make a fraudulent insurance claim. The things he wrote about good men and women were beneath contempt, but always happily published in the SMH. A thoroughly revolting turd of a communist pretender, but beloved by the left all of his life.

Paris: A hat attributed to Napoleon Bonaparte and said to have been dropped on the battlefield at Waterloo 203 years ago was bought on Monday for more than $500,000. It was another sign, if one were needed, that the French emperor continues to fascinate collectors and curators across the globe. The hat — one of Napoleon's iconic black felt bicorns — was sold at an auction in the central French city of Lyon for €350,000 ($550,000), including fees, far beyond the presale estimate of €30,000 to €40,000. The buyer was a private collector from Europe whose identity was not made public. The hat worn by Napoleon Bonaparte, recovered on the battlefield of Waterloo by the captain of Holland Dragons and sold on Monday for half a million dollars.
Global Warming. If things felt a little chilly when you got out of bed this morning, it wasn't just you. Melburnians have shivered through their coldest morning of the year so far, and the coldest June day in two years, with the mercury plummeting below zero in some parts of the city. Commuters make their way to work in Melbourne on the coldest morning of the year so far. Photo: Simon Schluter Bureau of Meteorology senior forecaster Dan Narramore confirmed it was the coldest morning in Melbourne since July 16 last year. It was just 3 degrees in the city at 6.30am with some parts of the state hovering at subzero temperatures. If you felt like you were in the coldest city in the world on Tuesday morning, you may have been right. As the mercury hovered at a chilly 4 degrees in Melbourne just before 8.30am, it was 9 degrees in Reykjavik in Iceland, 11 degrees in La Paz, Peru, 13 degrees in Anchorage in Alaska, 13 degrees in Helsinki and 14 degrees in Dublin. Scoresby, Coldstream and Moorabbin were all below zero degrees while Ballarat was at -2 degrees, Horsham reached -1 degrees and Mount Hotham and Mount Buller were sitting at -4 degrees just before 8am. It was a bitterly cold night for those sleeping rough, and the 400 volunteers who began the annual Street Count. Minister for Housing Martin Foley said this year's Street Count had been expanded to five councils including Maribyrnong, Yarra, Stonnington, Port Phillip and the City of Melbourne in the hope of gaining a better perspective on the growing issue. He expected the results to be available by the end of the week. “In a rich community like Australia, homelessness is a blight on all of us and we are capable of ending it,” he said. Jason Russell who was formerly homeless said the count would help in the push for more housing and support services. He said sleeping rough was bitterly cold and people were suffering. “These people have to sleep on concrete, it's really savage. We're all part of the community and it's the Aussie way to help each other, I don't know where we lost that." Across the city, it's been cold for days. If you've been scraping ice from the windscreen of your car each morning this week, you're not alone. Mr Narramore from the Bureau said recent heavy rainfall, clear skies and still nights were behind a string of particularly cold and frosty mornings.
If I could afford to buy it I’d need some equally expensive and garish ruby slippers to go with such a ridiculous hat[emoji848] Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat.com mobile app
