I'd like to say yes but my track record indicates otherwise - I tend to lose interest after I finish making a car perfect. I will put off painting the vette as long as possible, so that I'm happy to drive or park it anywhere. 2 year waiting list for good painters in Sydney now, which solves the problem for me.

There are a few cars on my bucket list and I'm leaning towards a 365BB. I can see myself replacing the 575 with a project BB - might have to wait till I give up racing and have more time available

 

FO - it's worth at least half what it owes me!

Lol, that's great man. It's great that there are people still out there like you, PP, Greg, SD and others out there that are willing to purchase a car.................sink 200% of it's value back into it to make it perfect and then sell it.

A 365BB is a wonderful machine. I've never been in one, let alone driven one so I can't comment anymore on that. But I think they are great cars to look at it and PP is probably right, you will probably hate it but it doesn't matter as it will be a great experience buying one, restoring one and driving one. Not too many get the opportunity in life to buy their bucket list cars and do that, so I envy you and plenty others out there in the world.

Looking forward to hearing news of you buying one when your racing career is over.
