I am trying to find a source for the air conditioner hoses used on the Indy, Ghibli, Bora, Khamsin, Merak, etc. According to Stuart at MIE these hoses were made of Nyla-Flow (1/2" and 3/8") but he has been unable to source them.

Does anybody have a source for these hoses?

    Hi Ivan...

Have you tried Vintage Air or Classic Auto Air?.. One of them used to be in Tampa.
In fact, the black Ghibli coupe that was at Amelia a couple of years ago was owned
by one of the founders of Classic Auto Air (Al Sedita) .

Why bother with that old spec stuff?

Get modern spec stuff and reutilize your old fittings.

    Hello Ivan,

I was able to source the nylaflow material some years ago and will check availability again. The lettering is a bit different and is grey not yellow as on the most old nylaflow lines.

    the advantages of nylaflow are:

    # less weight compared to rubber hoses
    # less aging
    # resistant to R12 and R134 etc.
    # smaller outer diameter compared to rubber hoses
    # period correct

    Which diameter do you need?

    Best greeting from Berlin,
    Marek

    Hi Marek

I may have found a source in the USA. I am travelling his week and will investigate next week. I am looking for the low pressure hose, which is the larger diameter
