    I wrote three years ago that the hoses connecting the fuel balancing pipe lasted one year before cracking and sweating. Now after only four years the coolant hoses are breaking down. I don't think I'll be buying rubber from Superformance again.

    No problems with other parts though.

    I've heard enough similar stories that Rampante is the only place I'd order fuel hoses from.

    They do answer mails and solve the issues you may have, BUT...

    No active order update, no inventory status, little or no info on the items and generally a very outdated webshop. You shouldn't have to ask for a tracking number, not knowing if the item is available or what the shipping cost is.

    If you live nearby or english is your first language then maybe these issues are irrelevant, but they are an international webshop and should make it as easy as possible for the rest of us.

    I haden't ordered since 2015 due to irritating issues, but have now made three orders since april, hoping they've changed their routines. The first order, no problem but the two last had issues which could have been easily resolved if they just sent an order status or a tracking number. One was a payment issue which I didn't get notified about, but magically got resolved by itself after I had cancelled the order, they still sent it. Both of the orders got stuck in customs due to incorrect documents. Both issues created unnecessary delays.

    To bad really, they still have some parts I'd like to order.
