A relative sent these two pix to me. I'm not that good a sleuth to firmly identify this setup.
Pix appear to be related (fender mounted registration #).
Bender or Steib sidecar is right hand mounted (not British?).
    Girder style front suspension.
Twin cylinder (V?) suggested by front exhaust.
    Note inverted handlebar levers.

    Good challenge.

    Could this be it?

I see some resemblance on the headlight, brake drum, tank (maybe the logo was custom made), exhaust manifold.

Also it would be powerful enough for the side-car - which appears to be German too.

But its difficult to be sure since most motorcycle productions back then were in very small numbers and the differences were numerous between batches.

    Well done sleuthing, thanks.
Benders and Steibs look very similar.

    Alpintourer,

You gave us a great challenge.

    RED27,

    Looks that ARDIE it is!

For the sidecar, I have doubts between the two brands.

I Think Steib is probably correct after reading the following.

    https://cybermotorcycle.com/euro/brands/steib.htm

In 1925, Steib was approached by Ardie to build a sidecar for their TM-500 model, and as a result expanded his workshops for the purpose.

I'm blown away by the ability of a bunch of Ferrari guys who have such interest in obscure motorcycles and sidecars.
Your efforts are much appreciated. I had never heard of an Arnie before.
