I did a professional photo shooting with Federico Vecchio from Milan (www.federicovecchio.com). A very talented photographer with a lot of enthusiasm for sport cars.

IMO the 430 Scuderia has a beautiful and timeless design. Not too less and not too much aero elements were used. An efficient, harmonious and clear design.

Maybe the last Ferrari-light-weight V8 generation without all the aero-bling-bling from the "modern" track oriented "street racers". ;)

Do not hesitate to post your own "professional" Scuderia pictures.

    Thank you guys!
Maybe you are right Jim. I had a phase in my life where all calipers had to be in black or gray. Recently I bought a new Maserati GranTurismo, the first time in many years I ordered it with dark-red calipers (Rosso Opaco Anodizzato) instead of black ones. Looks cool, I love it!

Fantastic images! Question: Where did you get that steering wheel with the yellow stripe? I added a yellow piece of tape to mine for the same effect, but I like the more OEMl look.

That’s quite nice photography, the weather, scenery and edit all reinforce the “mood” that your car gives off.

At first I was a little disappointed when it rained. But then we realized that Grigio Silverstone probably comes into its best advantage in this weather conditions.
Dave, it is also a small piece of tape. Had no chance to find an original steering wheel with a yellow mark.

Stunning— I’m thinking of getting a local non-car guy pro to shoot my just out of detailer a shop shot.

I wonder what time of day is best?

You must be proud of the results.

I'm trying to arrange a few pics taken by Federico. Hopefully soon. He's an excellent photographer. But this one was easy, with such a beautiful model :)

    Thank you guys!

Although I already had thousands of photos of my cars, I am glad that I did the photo shooting with Federico (...with a professional photographer). In addition to the photos in electronic form, I will receive a photo album from him. In my opinion, such a shooting is worth the money. But it needs the right photographer and a good preparation.

For my company (employee/management photos, corporate events etc.) I had already engaged professional photographers several times. Actually, it was always more of a disappointment than a celebration of joy. They always just played through their standard process. The results were ok, but never really inspiring. Therefore, I was skeptical before the shoot for my cars.

Just make sure you engage a photographer who has sports car experience. It needs a very good understanding/eye for the right angle of view and the experience about all the many possible details on a sports car. Express your wishes in advance so that the photographer can adjust to your expectations! Also organize the right locations early before the shoot. In my case Federico has given me tips in advance which locations/backgrounds will achieve a good effect and also what can be corrected with a photo program afterwards. We had a plan for nice weather and a plan for rain.

Yes, I'm proud on the results, the love for my cars became even stronger... ;)

    Barabba, have fun with Fede!

If all goes well next week I'll be the proud owner of a Scuderia, I can hardly sleep from an emotional state range of scared witless to total excitement :-D
Pictures to follow of course, I'll keep the colour private until the deal is done, fingers crossed!!
