Correct. I had a RHD F1 GTS there were only 74 of those produced.

The F1 GTS is supposed to be 529 examples.

The Serie Fiorano (all which are spiders, more F1 than gated) are supposed to be 100 examples

I have one of them a early 1997 build. Vehicle was purchased on Nov 4th 1997.

Chassis # is a few after the claimed switch to steel valve guides as well.

Cool - the photo above thru me off as the light reflection blocked the "Ferrari" inset. IIRC you are the one that uses those lifts for dinning tables when having a party which is really cool

You recall correctly! BTW, my 355 has the sticky problem big time. Will be sending them off this fall for the real deal in correction.

    Thank you.

Thank you. I actually noticed that in the photos but figured you would reach out when you were ready ;) :) Would be honored to help you make that very rare 355 pristine :)

Some time ago, I looked at all the F355 data on the 355 Registry to identify how many 1994/5 F355GTS's (based on VIN) came to the U.S.. The number I counted from that analysis was 36.

    Hey All,
See this post was almost a month ago, but thought I would try
kind of "trolling" here, but am a newbie in the Ferrari market and trying to understand the F355 interior combinations.
see kalinsd is all black interior. Have seen some that are all tan or a few than are tan but with red carpets and red lower door panels.
is the tan/red combo significant in any way ?

kalinsd has red contrast stitching which was an option. I've only seen it on later years (98/99).

I don't recall seeing any red carpet cars in the US (but I'm sure possible) , seems to be mostly euro. Euro cars in general seem to have a wider selection of interior color combinations on these cars, from what I have seen.

My '98 F1 is Barchetta/crema with red carpets. Maybe unusual, but not impossible to find, as I've seen another '98 F1 with Barchetta/tan and red carpets.

    Thanks for the replies
Might anyone have an opinion on why the recent values on the 355 F1's seems to be going downward by a sizeable amount.
Have been watching with close interest lately and the few cars I inquired about had asking prices above 89k and were let go as low as 69k. One 1999 in particular with only 8,200 miles went for around 75, while another that listed in show condition but with 29k miles went for 69.
A local Ferrari guy thinks 60 - 65 is a fair range for cars that are current on service

Just curious as I am working with a seller of a 99 with low miles.
He blew my mind when he dropped from 89 to 69 without me even suggesting a price that low.
Obviously great for me, but am I missing something ?

on the photo above, I have seen this bubbling on the passenger side airbag component.
Is that normal, or something that can be/should be corrected ?

That car is a spider. Spiders command a lot less than GTB or GTS. That car looks pretty sticky. Yes, the passenger airbag is a common problem. It can be recovered for less than $500.
