Any shop does PPI around CNC motors?

    Hello.
    I'm looking at 2006 F430 Grigio/Tan at CNC motors.
    I haven't decided yet to purchase from them but I would like to know where or which is good place to get PPI done around that area just in case if I purchase from CNC motors.
    Also I would like to know if any one knows history about the vehicle that I'm looking at.
    Carfax doesn't show any service record but one of sales guy from CNC told me that they confirmed, it has been serviced through one of bay are Ferrari dealer, Ferrari dealer just can't release the records.
    Carfax also shows that previous owner have owned it over 9 years so I'm thinking he can be one of member here as well.
    Any advice or recommandation will be appreciated.
