    When looking at those mufflers, they have some grills on them.. Looking like speakers :) Why do they have that? What are they for? Thanks.

    It affects both positively and eliminates the central muffler, which plugs up the exhaust. Straight pipes do the same thing, with a bit more hp and torque than X-pipes, but some owners prefer the sound of X-pipes.
