    I really don't have too much on this car. I know my father bought it in New York in '74 - '76. He thinks he bought it from Frank Triarcy(sp)" He really doesn't remember too much about it. If it's not enough info, I'm sorry. and let's move on.

    those are the old euro plates and I think if the car has changed the owner there are new euro plates on and the old ones not longer can be tracked

    The registration plate code starting with BL and followed by 6 digits could be a format valid till 1976 in Italy for the Belluno province around 50km North of Venice.

    The name is Frank Triarsi so the correct sounds just not the correct letters. :)

    An interesting character by the sounds of it and it is worth doing a search on his name within the vintage thread (and on Google) as he is linked to some fantastic cars.
