What soap are you guys using and where do you buy it at? Seems like soap for foam cannons is only sold online and not locally at usual retail stores
I use Mr. Pink! I believe Auto Geek is the Distributer, but I buy it on Amazon with free shipping. The most important factor in optimum suds other than # oz. soap used is optimum water pressure. This soap does ok with a smaller diameter hose .
Thanks Gary I heard good things about Mr Pink I will see if I can buy it directly from Amazon I don't buy products from Auto Geek anymore because the shipping takes over a week to get from Fla. to NJ. I don't know why that it but if I order on a Monday it takes over a week before I get it and it defeats the purpose of getting it for that weekend when I do my car stuff
I've been happy with this from the Chemical Guys. Wash/wax combo. Beads up water nicely after dry. I looked online and found a guy that reviewed 4 brands on you tube Looks like Adams car shampoo foams the most with the longest dwell time too
Yep that was reviewed too but believe it or not it did not foam up as much and that was the most expensive of the group too.

Buy an MTM hydro Most pressure washers use the same nozzles. If you have a figment issue you can always go to a home improvement center and get just about any fitting you need to adapt Also go on you tube and search got Esoteric detailing . Todd has some great videos there but in particular he has one video explaining everything about foam cannons
I just looked at the specs to that power washer Foam cannons work best at 2 gpm. The pressure washer you sent the link of is only 1.65 You should change the orifice in the MTM foam cannon to a smaller size Again, go on the Esoteric site and there is s chart with correct orifice sizes depending on the presdure washer specs
Home Depot sells Ryobi foamer and the soap. I have used on my electric 1800psi power washer and it works well. If I remember correctly, it was about $30.

My old Karcher power washer bit the dust I bought 2 new power washers and both can not make the thick shaving cream foam like before. All I get is soapy foamy water I tried so many different ways to get results I am dumbfounded and no one can tell me why Including MTM Hydro
