    My 612 OTO
    Has a dash message “ECU failure”
    And the “check engine “ light is on
    Car runs fine.
    Any suggestions?

    Low battery or one on the way out will often cause those lights to illuminate.

    Reset battery. It will clear the error message.

    Have a repair shop with a Ferrari specific diagnostic computer download the cause of the fault. Otherwise if you do a battery reset that information will be erased and you will never know what caused it to come on, unless it comes on again for the same reason.

    I do not intend for this to sound snarky, but if it doesn't reoccur, does it matter why it happened in the first place?

    Disconnected the battery and the CEL went away. It didn't come back after a 30 minute drive.
