Electric Troubles. 348 tb. Very urgent

Dear all,

I had electric troubles with the door connectors .
I was not able to move the right door mirror or the right door windows from the left door.
I checked the door connector that is fixed on the pilar.
It is a circular connector with more than 20 pins.
I found 2 wires broken, so I decied to replace all the pins.
I did it today without too much problems except to remove the old pins.
So I did it and now......
All the functionalities are ok except.... The Left window !!
Before my work, it was the only function that was ok !
I can imagine that I made a misstake.....
Do you know which wire on the circular connector is the ‘+’ used for the left window?
Do you hace any idea ?
I shall go in Germany with my car (Club trip) next friday morning..... So I have to find the solution very quickly

Hi guys,
I probably found the solution...
When I made the job, I cutted all the wires from the connector and went to an electrician to remove the pins from the plastic part.
When back, I used a drawing from a friend but it seems there are 2 different ways to connect the left window switch.
+ on pin 15 And Ground on pin 13
Or
+ on pin 9 and Ground on pin 13
I made the first onbination but I’m 99% sure it must be the second one.

I shall check tomorrow afternoon and keep you informed...

If its not working and theres two ways to do that window swap em around maybe.

The "Méthodologie Restauration connecteurs de porte 348" from our french friends is absolutely great. But i also found some mistakes or there are probably different versions. Follwing Pins in my 348 are Different to the french scheme: 4 black, 9 white/red, 15 empty, 13 empty. You can also check teh opposite connector, but therefore you have to remove the wheel arch.
But anyhow. If the right window works withe the switch on the drivers side, the left window should also move. please check if there is another problem... Maybe you like to visit me in germany ;-)

 

Yep, some cars seem to have this configuration.

Having done only my left side (pilot), it is possible that my diagram, has errors despite my different controls.
Or, there are indeed differences across the Rhine.

small precision, my 348 TS of the tutorial is from 1993.
Possible that there is a difference with the 2.5

The problem is solved... now everything works perfectely.
I only had to change the wires 15 and 13 to 9 and 4.
