    I have a leakage on the fuel vent pipe of my 348.
    This part is not available anymore, but I found one on Ebay in the States.
    THe seller doesn't one to send the part in Europe....
    May I ask to one of you to buy it ans send it to me?

    It is a plastic pipe with gaskets at the ends.
    My car is Classiche certified so I need the original part.

    Old fuel hoses and pipes can be dangerous, I doubt the Classiche department will hold it against you if using a new fuel hose/pipe instead. You can find similar plastic hose coverings as well.

    The concern is international shipping of used fuel system parts, which most likely are off-gassing fuel vapors and won't pass through security.

    If your car is already certified then surely it is irrelevant if the correct part (which appears to be a safety item) is fitted now - see the long discussion about the F50 with its after-market exhaust for example - Classiche only certifies its originality on the date of inspection

    Yes it would be nice to get the correct part but not so nice as to prevent you using the car

    Clear? Seriously? What about proper disclosure that's required for post 9/11 regulations? Notice that the vendor won't ship the part to Luxembourg. And why is that?

    I bought a used one at Eurospares, but it was damaged. So they are owe me one... But I think they have already a new one in stock. Did you try this?

    Maybe a used one is not the best idea. The one i bought got damage while they removed ist from the origin car...
