Hi Brian my drivers door handle has an ongoing issue, the exterior door handle does not open to the full extent (like there is a lock preventing it), it stops halfway but enough for the window to move down a bit. The interior handle works just fine Any idea how to troubleshoot it?? thanks
Either the cable from the door handle to the door latch is seized (a common problem), or the door latch itself is malfunctioning. The best way to diagnose it is to remove the door latch with the cables attached in order to determine the cause of the problem.
