If my car was not red, it would be silver with red interior. Love that car. If mine was sold, I would take a run at that car Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I personally prefer Rosso Corsa, but that isn’t my point. There are lots of great colors, but red Ferrari’s move. Even if one hates red, it’s a simple fact that it remains the most desirable color. That’s just the way it is.
I certainly don't hate red. But red doesn't look the best on every model. Admiral 's car would look horribe in red. Certain models, IMO, look best in red while other do not, IMO. And, once you go black, it's all over
Your or my taste in colors for certain models isn't the point of the question as to why that silver car is offered at such a low price. If you or I hated red, it wouldn't change the fact that red sells. That isn't just my opinion, it's a simple fact. While newer cars are ordered in more colors than ever before, rosso corsa remains the most popular and used cars move more quickly if they are red.
I don't agree. Plenty of non red cars have sold for premium dollars. The silver car is being offered based on condition and the market which is generally down at this time. Aside from your car, a blue 355 is believed to set a record in the last few years.
Kevin - the car is in this thread. It was Entropy's Blue / red GTB. The ask from Miller was $209K. To my knowledge, the selling price was not disclosed but Miller does not drop too much https://www.millermotorcars.com/1999-ferrari-355-berlinetta-c-855.htm
A new one just popped up in Italy. 130 miles from new.. asking is $410k https://www.autoscout24.com/offers/ferrari-f355-berlinetta-km-211-da-nuova-gasoline-red-f698b671-1baa-4510-8aef-55fd1c56bc8b Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I like it. New minimum market price for GTS Gated should be minimum $110+ depending on miles. 1995 Berlinetta minimum $120+ depending on miles. Spiders minimum $80k plus depending on miles. Stop giving them away Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I should convert my GTS F1 to a Manual, I have the Hard to get parts.. makes it worth more right? haha
Rob, you are selling again? https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/reduced-free-delivery-78-000-1996-355-gts-red-tan-stick-34-000-mi.583252/
I am so flakey it is not even debatable. I love the car and hate the capital I have tied up in it. My sales this year are flat and I hit the panic button to often. I chose to quietly let Michael see what he could do. So far not much and he works harder than anyone I know to make a buck on a Ferrari. I love him and what he does. Pretty sure we are just going to let it cool and see what next year brings. Maybe in the Spring. My wife and kids do not want me to sell it and that is a first! I wish I could just forget about the money. Ahh who knows. I am a flake . Maybe the record sales are around the corner Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Just under 14,000 miles, asking $80K.
Not to start a huge debate, but I'm sure the rest of the 355 community hopes he is right by bumping prices 15% on cars that have been sitting unsold at the lower price. It's a BOLD strategy
