Because they actually drive their cars! I drive my cars a lot, I hate the parking sensors on my tdf for example, but looking at the prominent carbon front spoiler, I’m happy I have sensors +cameras when I park in a new place...
I didn’t notice the bundling on our US option list, but I could be wrong. On my draft configurator pdf, the options list includes “PAC1” (parking camera) under Electronics-Visibility. We’re doing Tailor Made in 2-3 weeks so I’ll know soon enough. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
As do I. I have lived without sensors for 40 years.....cannot imagine why all of a sudden I would be unable to successfully maneuver into a parking spot without it.
I did also for 30 years... And I dont have them on my f40... However, although very ugly, I am happy to have them on a car like thé tdf.....
Does anyone have pics of different interiors. I need some inspiration for my interior. Coachwork will be you guessed it Rosso Corsa with gold wheels. Thinking charcoal with red accents and red stitching and all charcoal dash.
I have just done charcoal interior mainly but a point to note; charcoal is not charcoal but mid-grey, might even be classed as light grey.
I have just done the Atelier at the factory on my Pista - in the new Atelier building which is really nice and has loads of natural light to see everything as it will look outside. I have opted for Rosso Corsa with stripes in Nero DS outer and Grigio Coburn in the centre. We toyed with various shades of red for this car, having decided early on that we wanted this one in red, and the Rosso 70th anniversary was a very close second choice for us, only losing out to the standard Rosso corsa as we felt the 70th anniversary was perhaps a shade too dark. On the interior we went in to the session thinking a mix of Charcoal leather and charcoal alcantara - but after seeing both the leather and alcantara in the flesh, as pointed out above, I just felt that the charcoal was too light, especially for the dashboard. After hours of deliberation we actually ended up doing the interior in Blu Scuro alcantara with Grigio Scuro stitching and accents. this was the interior on the silver Geneva show car and despite it being called Blu Scuro, in the light it is actually much closer to grey than blue. On paper it sounds terrible with a red body colour but in the flesh it actually works rather well - at least we think so! We went for full glossy carbon exterior and all matte carbon on the interior to finish things off. Now just have to wait till we find out when we are likely to get the car !! Sounds yummy, our TM is in February.. can't wait to get dizzy with configuration ideas. I like your combo I think it will look amazing - do you have any sample pics from the configurator to share? I am thinking of doing something similar..
