We picked up in Naples, 4 nights in Praiano, 1 night Orvieto, 1 night Portofino, three nights in Monte Carlo for the F1. Dropped the car off in Nice after 9 days. The only thing is I"m having to sue Florence Luxury Car Rental and its owner "Doni" for charging our card €11k deposit and refusing to return it despite there being no damage to the car. Don't rent from them or use Titanium Luxury Car Rental as a broker. And if you do use a broker, be sure you find out who the end company is doing the renting. It's maddening.
Here's a few from this week through the Dolomites...with the same car Richard had! I hope we don't have the same experience with the deposit he had however. I already received my email acknowledging no damage and that deposit would be released...we shall see. Did they just stop communicating with you? By the by...something's wrong with that car...there's a whirring noise that my 488 doesn't make. I'm wondering if it's low PS fluid or a bad PS pump? Never rent a car from Danielle Fossi or Florence Luxury. It's not a business, it's a fraud! I was traveling with my friend and he booked 488 Spider via broker agency (I've forgot the name). I've booked a Cali T on Lurento. We returned the cars at Malpensa at the same time, I was there. Driver collected the car and no damages were noted or reported. However he can't get his deposit back. He tried to call and email Danielle multiple times but there was no answer. Finally he made a dispute with a credit card company. After a dispute Danielle sent a falsified report specifying damages on undercarriage and wheels. Now he is stuck and short for 10.000 Eur. Never rent a car from Florence luxury or affiliated broker agencies! That guy should be arrested!
