Kinda like the owner a bit tired. May have to post a pic tomorrow I might actually get all Daves beautifull work installed and go for a test fire. Gettin a bit excited
You should post a pic of the paddles for us F1 guys. My cars were original but after about 10 years they wer showing lots of signs of wear. Now look brand new

I have a passion for preservation and concourse competition, and I’ve always loved the 355. When I found the right car, as incredible as it was, it still needed things attended to to bring it back to “like new” condition. Rather than piece meal the process, I decided to get everything refinished by Dave. They did a fantastic job. Now, I can rest knowing the project is done and it all looks perfect. Amazing that to be concours perfect that damn sticker must be in place. What a gorgeous car and amazing work by Dave! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
Thank you, Ed. I can’t take full credit for the warning sticker. The previous owners never removed it. It is a pretty cool little detail that I’ve never seen on another 355 before.
I tried getting my buddy Rob to remove it when he owned the car. He was on the fence but knew the originality was important. In hindsight, he was right.
Here is a brief cell phone video illustrating how we rack and batch parts, down to every little button
Today we are installing our new, custom designed and manufactured grid plate for our laser. Sticky RX is 100% committed to continuous improvement This new grid plate will allow the use dedicated fixtures for each part (in process now) such that we can greatly reduce the setup time and potential errors within the laser process. We will continue to design and build fixtures to hold every single part for every make and model we refinish Oh, can anyone find the one tiny mistake on this plate? Image Unavailable, Please Login
Nope, Barry. I posted in another thread. That's a dowel to pin plate to table. First one that gets it right wins a set of wheel mounting tools.
On a related note, I recently purchased a set of refinished 355 F1 paddles from Dave and the quality of his worksmanship is simply amazing. Before learning of Dave's services I redid all of the sticky parts on my 355 and was very pleased with the results but it always bugged me that I lost the 'up/down' white script on the paddles. When I get done with my protracted engine out I'm going to send him my air vents to get the directional arrows back. While I love the refinishing work that Dave provides, I most appreciate the cool tools that he makes for our cars. Dave, keep up the great work! Sent from my SM-G960U using FerrariChat.com mobile app
Dave - do you also have the ability to don”one off” projects that aren’t necessarily sticky projects? For example, doing laser etching to restore graphics on older cars or plastic companants? Or, are your machines programmed for certain routine jobs based on the cars that need the most attention, such as 355’s and 550’s?
Hey Jeff, yes, we can do one off, custom projects. We've done two custom orders for a Pantera owner. They take longer and are not inexpensive as we charge for the art work development as it's likely to never be used again.
