I never quite understood it either. Of all sports F1 is the one where a woman doesn't have a physical handicap compared to her male competitors. I remember Bernie always wanted to have a black driver and a female driver in F1. One goal got (over-) accomplished, the other is still pending.
We can always hope that Hambone comes down with severe case of Montezuma's revenge and has to stop multiple time to use the crapper.
ESPN F1-- Another race weekend, another new Honda engine in the back of Pierre Gasly's Toro Rosso. This week a new engine, turbocharger and MGU-H have been fitted to Gasly's car which will result in a 15-place penalty on the grid. For the record, that's his eighth of each component with three being the limit per season in the regulations.
I get that. Still there is no long lens on it. I have already an inferiority complex when I show up with my 600mm Bigma at a F1 race while everybody else has white glass.
How odd. Four Renault-engine cars in the top 5. Wonder why? I can only assume the altitude hits the other engines much harder. Doesn't look like anyone can make the Hypersofts last any length of time except possibly Red Bull so they're all going to be stuffed with not enough new tyres for the race.
Yeah. The McLarens are the only Renaults left gasping in the thin air. Vandoorne, 15th and Alonso 19th.
Weather update for tomorrow 10-27-18.....RAIN ALL DAY. [Autosport] Mercedes had to protect overheating engine in Mexico F1 practice. Red Bull confirmed new floor is a copy of the Ferrari version. New fins produced using rapid prototyping at Milton Keynes, then flown to Mexico & glued to the old floor. All within 7 days. [Autosport] Ferrari rejects its new floor design again after back-to-back tests with the old design in MexicoGP.
So the new Ferrari floor works on the RB but not on the Ferrari? Thank you from Milton Keynes to Maranello for the development work And again the weather comes to safe Mercedes...engine overheating so why not have some rain....Maybe Lewis´ blessings are good for something
