    For the US, I believe the issue is the lack of windscreen.

    I'm not sure about show and display registration/ and/or driving on dealer plates. I can understand both sides of the discussion. It is a collectors piece. But it would be nice to drive it also! I suppose you could go to a track and drive it and have the experience. Maybe they will offer some programs for the owners?

    This car is street legal in the USA so maybe they should just add a small windscreen on the 812 Monza. I am sure the Italians could make it look more professional.

    As i understand, show and display only works for cars never officially imported here so if Ferrari NA bring this one here, even as not road legal, i dont think it would qualify for show and display.

    This is the fact of the matter. A simple solution. You get limited road mileage and some other restrictions, but if you want to drive it across town to a car show, you can. Considering how little mileage these things are likely to accumulate, it's really the perfect solution. That it's not fully street legal in the US is a non issue.
