Fabulous, unrestored fourcam I photographed 34 years ago in Switzerland. French customs plate does not belong to this car. Marcel Massini Image Unavailable, Please Login

Absolutely! His image gives to the 275 a good looking. Today many artiste, singer has a private coach for their image.
There is debate about the cavallino on the deck lid of a 2-cam. It is not present on a short nose and not on the majority of long-nose cars. However I believe it is found on very late long-nose two cams. I have seen enough examples of late cars that were not restored with the cavallino to be convinced. I don't think people ran around all putting cavallino emblems on deck lids in the day. Some will disagree. Similarly, many late 2-cams have originally blue Tudor Inteuropa washer bags, not Foredit. Rules, there were no rules, just exceptions to the rules.
It was an option to have a Cavallino on the rear deck lid and some factory paperwork I have for 275 GTB's show that a few customers specifically asked for it. Marcel Massini
