Wanted to share this with the community. We've posted about this topic before and I've put in extensive research. All parts have been ordered through Ferrari, everything was available other than the clutch pedal. First I'm tackling the clutch pedal assembly by creating a template that I will be able to sand cast and create an aluminum pedal. I'll keep everyone posted throughout the project!

Awesome, Good luck with the project. ,As you may know i just did this. The brake pedal will be to big. Both pedals are different in a manual shift car cuz the brake pedal is smaller. I may have an extra set for sale if interested

How much did the conversion parts cost you through Ferrari?

Would the clutch pedal in a 360 be the same as in the 430? Perhaps a salvage yard has one of those on offer if it's the case?

This will be interesting! WOFERRARI would be the right person to ask just about anything regarding this project I bet.

The brake pedal I'm modifying instead of paying for a new one.

Does anyone know where the tooling goes when Ferrari stops production of a model?

There are many types of "Tooling". For injection molds, it's common that the end customer owns the tool so they can move the mold to another production shop if they like. When production is deemed over, the tooling ends up in a scrap yard (sadly) as the room and cost to store it is prohibitive.

Well let's get on production then! :)
I'd think that Ferrari would scrap or recycle the sand casting jigs/molds at the end of production of the 430 and Cali. If they were german and SUPER efficient, they would throw the aluminum rigs in the smelter and make engines and heads out of them. ;)

Maybe they should hire me and I can manage the "after life program" for spare parts?

Do you have a printed listing of the needed parts required for the conversion along with the Ferrari part numbers thát you can post.
I am also interested in a conversion kit. I also have a CNC machine shop and can do some of the machining if need be.
Can you post the parts list you ordered from Ferrari including the part numbers and cost?

There is a fair amount of work to source everything. I don't see it mentioned in the conversion threads but the ECU's are different too, although I think 360Trev is about to blow that silliness away with his offering. In the past when I have seen someone mention a conversion kit I try and save the pictures. They are always different because each persons understanding of what is needed is different.
    Here are some I saved:

Oops I just realized this thread is for converting a 430! All my pics are for a 360 conversion although I bet many of the parts are very similar. I just want to clear that up.

I have everything for the F430 except the gearbox selector mechanism and cable bracket. I figured these parts would be a good backup option in case I ever tired of Superfast 2.

I would be interested in completing the kit.

You absolutely don't need new ignition ECUs any more for either 360s or F430s... If anyone needs them re-flashing just pm me.
