Can't say, never had a chance to really drive a 458 at its limits. That said, I think just based on the chassis between the 458 and 1.2 GT3 RS, I would imagine the RS would be better. A better comp might be the 458 Speciale, but alas, I was out of unicorn testicles to trade for a drive in a Speciale. So I can't say.
Absolutely funny. "At least he does not know about the 911R price yet" "Fu ck it, find me a low mileage GT4. At least it's a manual" " I was told I was number 1 on the list for two years" So true!!!!!! We should make one for the pista!
Well said, you are in an enviable position to own either car but if you can have both I can't really think of a better pair. The GT cars shine IMO when you are able to get the rpms up, hear the screaming flat 6, feel the immense grip of the car into the corner and then mash the throttle on corner exit... feel frustrated at times because that experience is very hard to capture on your regular roads without acquainting yourself with your local law enforcement. Thinking the 458 will be more fun and much more of an occasion in every day situations than my GT3, but there are also obvious tradeoffs. If you are looking for track or canyon carver/backroads car, can't think of anything better than the GT cars. They really are insanely good for the money LOL
