    I am changing my fog lights on my 328 to led,s the work on the Bench but not on the Car so I checked the plug comming from the Car and I only get 9.8v where is the voltage lost?it works with a normal light bulb but I think LED need 12v to work.

    Check for a voltage drop at the fuse panel, and the relay. The switch itself might also be a factor.
