ive seen some 360’s with large aftermarket wheels and it looked great! Wondering what conventional wisdom is for the largest you can go on the 360. Pictures of your car welcome!

I've seen them with up to 21", but one thing to keep in mind is that if you go too crazy with your wheel sizes, is that it may affect the traction control suystem and cause error lights, etc. I personally would never go above 19". In fact, I had 19 and went down to 18.

redneck - my car had the wrong size front tires and ACR/ABS went haywire........ suggest stick with stock sizes unless you have a good tuner.

I have my 19" DPEs and love them . I thought long and hard about going to 20" but since my modding direction was for more looks and performance , I stayed with 19" . Just google it , or look through the forum and you will find plenty of modded 360s .

........of course , if we had a modded section like i have been asking forever , maybe a lot of these questions would be answered without having 100 threads on the same questions over and over :rolleyes::rolleyes:

So to clarify... by large wheels I meant 19 or possibly 20 pending opinions. The stock 18s look rather tame to me.

I saw the BBS FI and thought that was the bees knees. Also PUR fl04.

My p-car came stock with 20s and by all accounts runs great. That is, a feel every crack in the road race car haha. But I enjoy that for a joy ride.

19s seems safe bet especially considering BBS 19s were the stock CS wheel. I’ve also seen some that stagger 19 front and 20 back? Is there any advantage to that or purely styling? I know Porsche does that on the newest 911 from the factory.

This is going to sound crazy but I could tell a noticeable difference going between my stock 18" starfish to OEM 430 19"
The car is noticeably slower with the 19" wheels.

They are still on the car though, form>function for me hahaha

Personally I would not go larger than 19. Your brake rotors will look tiny. Vellano makes a model that looks good on 360. I think it's called VSH. I almost bought some for my 430.

Small brake rotors is a thing . One of my pet peeves on the p-car with 20s

Set of coincidentally named Forged 360 wheels. The company is in Miami and they are called Forged 360. Super nice folks. These are 19".

I wish someone made some 19 inch wheels that looked just like the OEM starfish wheels. I would buy them in a heartbeat (so I could finally fit some monster brakes on the car).

I didn’t notice a speed difference going from 18” starfish to 19” CS, maybe there is....but the ride got significantly harsher. Of course, different tire brands may play a part in that. But my first reaction to the change was that it was unpleasant.

But the 18” starfish wheels always looked anemic to me. Much prefer 19’s on this car for looks alone. But I would never go bigger than that. I think performance would decrease too much. I guess if you just use the car to hang around shows/donut shops etc it would be fine.

I’d be curious to know how 360s perform on tracks with 18s vs 19s.

Startfish are very light. The CS wheels look better (my opinion). The 20/21 setups looks over stylized and the ride really suffers. The Challenge cars ran 18" for a reason; it is a good tradeoff for weight and the wider rim allowed wider tires than the Starfish. SO, are you just looking to cruse and style or looking for performance?
