It's a car I've visited twice, and was originally going to just help the owner sell it and find her a new home. But this time when visiting, I carefully inspected it and decided I'd just buy it myself.

I have to recover a seat bolster, fully detail it (she's dusty!), and go through with some mechanical refurb, belts, plugs/wires, a new battery and tires (date codes old), but I will fix it up before summer, enjoy it for a little, then find her a new home! My heart wants to hold on, but my brain and wallet will know their limitations sadly.

It's a rear seat delete car, originally it was Verde Pino, but was sent back to Italy and re-painted (very well done IMO) in it's current Giallo with Boxer Trim on Tan. It should be fun.

Very nice! Just drive it and enjoy the ride. As for the expense, I’d say, “Don’t worry a out it.” A GT4 Dino is probably the least expensive Ferrari you can own. Especially if you can do any of the work yourself. ;)

Congrats. I own s/n 10450 which is a euro spec. car also with rear seat delete. I know these are rare but I'm curious does anyone know how many rear seat delete GT4's were made? Oh, and mine has the rare front spoiler too. Enjoy your new car I know I love mine.

I have searched for that number as well. To no avail. I cannot find any concrete number on how many made. This owner said “14”. But I believe that to be arbitrary.

Thanks, I think you are about right. It looked to me about a dozen were done with rear seat delete. Either way a very rare option, glad I've got one. It really makes the car since the rear seat is basically unusable anyway.

dave...??? (forgot hi s FChat name), in Texas, started the register. he probably (surely) knows. Or, you can simply browse the register online and count them. Should be a simple task; there aren’t that many of these cars left! And besides, any number you find that doesn’t account for lost (i.e., destroyed) vehicles will be inaccurate.

disagee. Ever try to take you wife & separate luggage in a GTS/B? Let alone the Corgi!!!

It’s also perfect if you have a child. Even at 17/18, my (tall 6’) son and his friend fit back there. Anyhing, for a ride in the F-car! <LoL!>

DavidDriver, I hear you. Well at least mine has the seat pads/backpads to provide some seating for passengers if I put them in. But I sure wouldn’t want to be back there for long. Much more fun in the drivers seat!

Yeah. If the difference in the legroom between the back and front were time, you'd be hard-pressed to find an equal since... Well, I think, since the Roman Chariot!

If you were a prancing pony, that is! :p
