Thoughts on the LaFerrari body kit

Perfect example of "how to ruin a beautifully designed car".

horrific. Still, his money, his car.

 

It's better than the Gemballa Enzo, but that's not saying much...

 

looks great imo, wondering what people who dislike it think of the FXXK evo

 

Not my taste, but I've seen worse. I hope the owner will get bored with the body kit and that LaFerrari will be finally saved.

 

Not a fan of the FXX-K Evo look. More a fan of Brabham BT62.

 

I think the FXXK and Evo look too busy and not as nice as the road car. It's all functional so I get it. I prefer cleaner race car design like the F50 GT, McLaren F1 GTR, Mercedes CLK GTR/LM/CLR.

 

shuuu...before some fanboy jumps on you and ask since when a track car needs to be aesthetically pleasing

on the other hand, this so called body kit is absolutely disgusting.

 

lol I know so I said "It's all functional so I get it" to help combat that. Hope they don't give me too hard of a time...I also think the F40 LM looks better even though it's not nearly as quick.

 

... but when it is, it's a double pleasure.
Since 458 GT3s were discontinued, all my eyes are on aforementioned BT62. +1 for McLaren F1 GTR for ageless design.

i also share your belief on the stock laferrari being superior looking. i think for that mclaren has actually done a better job improving p1 lm to looks better than the stock car. can't say the same thing about fxxk though... but when i thought fxxk were overdone they brought out evo which is a bit hard to swallow.
