I would say that BJ prices seem high this year... specially the 360’s. Maybe it’s a sign of things to come but it takes a lot more than one car to establish a trend which other auctions/private sales have established.

For sure, I agree. But its not going to help the people asking “high” prices to think theyre in the wrong. We will see!

I wonder what’s below the seats. Surprising low number compared to the red one. That car looked shady. Lot of money for that car. I’d rather yours for that price;)

It’s similar to the red ‘88 posted by xplodee today. The one I posted is a different example (‘89). Both went for well north of $200k this weekend.

Well the car you are talking about has 139 miles... those are collectors, time machine that never been driven. If u compare with the 86 with 13k miles that sold for 130k that’s night and day.
People think their 25-30k TR is worth the same as a, basically brand new one, are in for a little shock I think. Strong sale though for an extremely rare vehicle though

Yes indeed... the prices those 360 sold for was crazy.60k car literally going for 100k. I think there was a bit too much champagne in Scottsdale this weekend;)
One last go go tomorrow with reasonable mileage.
This auction thing is puzzling though: why on earth would someone pay that much when you can buy a TR with service and 18k miles from continental autosport at 118k (listed prices- not even talking about negotiating) or 95k at Ferrari of San Diego with 33k miles.
Those cars are even on auto trader and can be easily inspected. I’m not sure if people going to auctions do their due dilligence before?

If the white turd sold for 130 I'd say it must be strong. That car is the biggest proof of how strong the market is right now. Not that many years ago that would have been a $50,000 car.

Right , I work In statistics and stats are not defined by 1 car.
If u check all the inventory out
There most is sitting not selling. Aside the booze drunk by the buyers...there are not many reasons why 2 trs are currently for sell in Scottsdale at below 110k and not finding sellers for over 8 months ... again it could be the sign of things to come but can’t have a time capsule and a few cars define alone a market.
I guess people always want to see things half full: u own one u want it to go up, u want one u want it to go down. It’s life. One can see those cars as the new trend or check holistically what happened in Monterey and on
Bat as well as sitting inventory. We shall see but there is not a doubt those were strong figures Indeed;)

Well, if anybody wants to trade his “trending down” TR for a “highly collectible” 360, Please send me a message, I could accept your TR after being serviced plus money :)
Don’t miss this opportunity!!! 360 is the new Dino!!!
