You should have got rid of the old serpentine condenser, and fitted a new style parallel flow. It’s much more efficient. So much so, my wife is always turning the A/C warmer because it’s too cold.

Ken, I think you made a wise choice even with the fitment issues you had. You'll be able to sit in Houston traffic in the middle of August and be confident she won't overheat. Well done!

I used an aftermarket universal condenser. The mounting was very straight forward but I had to change the fittings on the pipes to facilitate fitment. I have an A/C and Auto Electrics workshop, so it was all pretty easy.

Made good progress on the ac so it was time to put the bumper back on and take it for a proper drive.

Pretty easy to put the bumper on. Four light connections. Two hangers on the outside, lineup the air intake ducts and slide in. Hardest part was getting the new brake ducts lined up but not too hard.

Noticed some factory markings on the inside. Production date is obvious but I cannot make out the word. Sub something I think. Probably Italian.

Well, hang in there. I have loved following the progress. I'm also glad it's not me.
I think the decision to do an RD radiator is one you won't regret. I did something similar with my 330. We took the old housing and re-cored it with a much more intense core. Almost the same size just more tubes.( but I didn't have the space issues you have) Then we changed the cooling fans to backwards 328 fans and bingo, no more issues. It was a huge relief to not worry about it.
I can't wait to see what happens when you get the alignment.

Changing the ac drier I took the washer tank out. So I tested the pump motor and it was dead. Go figure. Dealers want $90 plus shipping. Found this one so I just had to try it.

Ken, would you be kind enough to add this part to the interchangeable parts thread, along with both the Ferrari and the OEM P/N?

Is one (or both) of them fitted with a non-return valve?

My "cigar lighter" hatch had the springs disconnected. When I took the console cover out for the shift gate spacer replacment I pulled it apart. The latch was missing. Ferrari does not seem to sell it separately from the door mechanism itself and they want like $150 for it. So I bought this one and it's working nicely.

Well, I thought that was going to be the savings, but Ferrari does sell the clip. Ricambi has it for about $10 plus shipping. It's on the diagram but away form it's actaul location so I missed it at first.

Here's another one I couldn't find in the parts diagrams. Key light bulb. I bought one for a period BMW. It fits but stick out just a bit. I'm not sure if the original bulbs did that. Battery is an A76 if you are ordering this.

Got the sticker for the climate control panel. Went on real easy with some soapy water.

I painted the cover first silver so the edges would blend in better. Then I sanded that back down to the plastic leaving only the edges.

The plastic plate is very brittle. I epoxied serval chips back in and over a couple of cracks

    Turned out ok.
